I am truly a 'bag' lady! I bought two new bags today; one for $2 and the other for $7. This afternoon I made and am attaching a lining for a bag I finished knitting yesterday from fabric strips. I have another bag waiting to be knitted but it is for a friend.
I just took some general pictures of New Mexico.
A few New Mexico Pictures.

Clouds in Albuquerque. (I love clouds.)

This horse was at the alpaca ranch. I've never seen a horse patterned like this. It was very pretty.

The first picture is of the new born alpacas which were one to three days old.
The brown was WAY too cute!!!
The ranch had 220 alpacas, 16 Llamas and 6 horses.
I bought some alpaca roving to felt. What, I know not yet.

I immediately fell in love with these animals!

I especially loved this gray one And the one in the bottom two pictures!

Are these just TOO CUTE?! I must have a couple someday!!! And fiber to top it all off!!!

Sometimes, computers suck and are a pain in the arse...
I am finally able to post (more) pictures of New Mexico and Denver

More images of Montezuma Castle.

This is where I stayed for the IB conference in Montezuma, New Mexico. This is a historic hotel/lodge that is now owned by United Wold College of Montezuma. Very cool building!
The conference was more of a vacation than a conference; great food, field trips.

BEET FEST 2009!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was GREAT fun! Lots of wonderful food. Political cookies. Beet deviled eggs. Even a bottle of Beet wine.
Famous beet words; "I HATE MY FRIENDS!"
The Beets have chosen a new Queen.
Beet music. Beet theatre. Beet parade.
This year's theme was "No More Dismemberment!" (This theme was hit upon by Tami, Barry and myself while engaging in social lubricant.)
Barry and Tami, hostess and host of the Beet fertility Festival.
Second picture is of Tami (who is High Priestess) and John, her sycophant.
